I’m a South African girl at heart, a believer in second chances, and someone who once carried every ache, fear, and story inside until it began spilling into my health, my moods, and my relationships. Moving to the UK didn’t erase it — but learning to heal my nervous system, release emotional baggage, and reconnect with my body did.

I use a blend of hypnotherapy, Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), Yoga science, breathwork, energy healing, EFT, and quantum science mindset work to support mental, emotional, and physical detox. {Pursuing a PhD in Integrative and Natural Medicine}. Just Simply Change is a therapy and coaching practice that designs bespoke therapy to suit each client and their individual needs. I use a combination of different methods to streamline your healing so that it is rapid, effective and permanent.
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) – A practical method that uses language, mindset, and thought patterns to rewire the way the brain responds. It helps you break old cycles, strengthen positive habits, and build a more confident and resilient way of thinking.
Clinical Hypnotherapy: Hypno-Qi™ – A gentle process that guides you into a calm, focused state where the mind becomes more open and relaxed. The hypnosis we use is definitely not stage hypnosis. Clinical hypnosis alters your state of awareness and slows down your brain waves so that we can focus on one thought/ problem at a time.
RTT – A combined approach that uses hypnotherapy, CBT, and NLP to understand where emotional or behavioral patterns began. It helps you uncover the root cause of challenges like anxiety, low confidence, or unhelpful habits and supports fast, meaningful change.
A tapping method that works on specific pressure points while you focus on an emotion or concern. It helps release tension, ease emotional blocks, and bring your mind and body back into a calmer, more balanced state.
Breathwork Facilitator – A deep, guided breathwork journey that uses layered breathing techniques, sound, and visualisation to release stored tension, emotional stress, and old patterns held in the body.
