Daily light exercise such as walking will stimulate happy chemicals in your brain.
-Be kind to your mind by being positive, keeping only good thoughts in your unconscious mind and emptying your emotional baggage daily.
-Be kind to your soul by reflection, contemplating and meditating. Silence is golden. Master the inner net instead of the Internet.
